Effective October 13, 2026. This policy explains what information Glades Edge Roofing collects through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you need, details about your roof and your preferred way to be contacted.
Information collected automatically
- Essential storage. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask again, and keep a record for your current visit of how you reached the site (for example, the ad or campaign you clicked). If you send a quote request, that campaign information is sent with it so we know which advertising works.
- Analytics (only with your consent). Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived, so we can see which pages help homeowners.
- Marketing (only with your consent). The Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel lets us show our ads to people who have visited the site and measure whether those ads lead to quote requests.
- Spam protection. Our quote form uses hidden checks, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser and device for that purpose.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. Nothing beyond essential storage runs until you choose, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to use marketing cookies.
How we use information
- to respond to your request, schedule visits, prepare quotes and carry out work;
- to follow up about your project, warranty and service, and to ask for feedback or a review;
- to understand how the website is used and improve it (with your consent);
- to measure and improve our advertising (with your consent);
- to keep the website secure and filter spam; and
- to meet legal, tax and licensing obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your request and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run the business and this website, such as our web host, email provider, Google (analytics), Meta (advertising) and Cloudflare (spam protection), under their own privacy terms;
- suppliers, inspectors and permitting authorities when needed to carry out your job;
- authorities when required by law or to protect our rights; and
- a buyer or successor if our business is ever sold or reorganized.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and records of completed jobs for as long as needed for warranty, tax, licensing and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. You can also opt out of texts and emails at any time. Security
This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Links to other sites, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Yelp, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
