What’s included

What every roof & gutter upgrades includes

  • Material upgrades

Going from shingle to tile, or tile to metal, changes the look, the weight and the lifespan of the roof. We explain each trade-off before you decide.

  • Seamless gutters

Gutters fitted to your roofline with no seams along the runs, so there are fewer places for leaks and clogs to start.

  • Cooler roofs

Lighter, more reflective roofing can reduce the heat your attic soaks up, which helps the air conditioning keep up in summer.

  • A stronger water barrier

A fully adhered underlayment is one of the features Florida’s wind-mitigation inspection looks for. Ask your insurance agent how it affects your premium.

A consultation, not a sales pitch

We start with a full consultation to explain the options that fit your house and your budget. You choose the plan that’s right for you, and we stay in contact through the whole project.

Upgrade at the right time

The best moment to upgrade is when the roof is already coming off. Adding gutters, switching materials or improving the underlayment during a replacement costs far less than doing it later as a separate job.

FAQ

Roof & gutter upgrades: common questions

Can my house take a tile roof if it has shingles now?

Often, but tile is much heavier than shingle, so the structure has to be checked first. We will tell you plainly if it is not a good fit.

Do you install gutters on their own?

Yes. Seamless gutters can be installed with a new roof or on their own.

Will an upgrade lower my insurance?

Some features, such as an adhered secondary water barrier, are credited on Florida’s wind-mitigation form. Your insurance agent can tell you what your policy gives credit for.
