Terms & conditions
Effective October 19, 2026. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About us
This website is operated by Glades Edge Roofing, 4970 SW 52nd St #318, Davie, FL 33314. Glades Edge Roofing is a State Certified Roofing Contractor, Florida license CCC1334004.
Information on this website
The content on this site is general information about roofing in South Florida. It is not engineering, legal or insurance advice, and it does not replace an inspection of your roof. Product names, lifespans and code references are accurate to the best of our knowledge when published and may change.
Quotes, estimates and contracts
- Sending a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either of us.
- Estimates are based on what we can see and measure at the time. Work, price, schedule and warranty are set only in a written contract signed by you and us, which includes the notices Florida law requires for residential roofing contracts.
- Warranty coverage, including our workmanship warranty, is governed by the written warranty provided with your contract. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
- We do not interpret insurance policies, advise on coverage or adjust claims. Questions about coverage belong with your insurance company, your agent or a licensed public adjuster.
Communications
When you send us a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about it. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
Using this website
Please don’t misuse the site: no submitting false or someone else’s information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, sending spam through our forms, or copying the site’s content in bulk by automated means.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website itself and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under a written contract with us or under laws that cannot be waived.

Small print
Use at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you use this website, and rely on anything on it, at your own risk. By using it you release Glades Edge Roofing and its owners, employees and contractors from any claim, loss or damage arising from the website, its content or its availability, including information that turns out to be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.
Cap on liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, if we are ever found liable for anything relating to this website, our total liability is limited to $100.
Your claims only, no jury, winner’s fees. Any claim relating to this website must be brought in your own name, and not as a plaintiff or member of a class, group or representative action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Glades Edge Roofing each waive any right to a jury trial in a dispute about this website or these terms, and the winning side recovers its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
What this does not change. This small print applies to this website and the information on it. It does not change your written roofing contract or warranty, and it does not take away any right that the law does not allow to be waived. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
