  A shingle roof is only as good as what is under it. We tear off to the deck, replace damaged wood and seal it with an adhered underlayment before the first shingle goes down.

• Shared walls and villas

  On attached homes the roof often ties into a neighbor’s. We plan those transitions carefully and talk to you about coordinating with the HOA or the neighbor.

• Flat sections

  Many homes here have a low-slope section over a Florida room or addition. Those need a different system from the main roof, and we quote it separately so you can see the cost.

We pull the re-roof permit with the City of Sunrise and schedule each required inspection. Broward and Miami-Dade are in the Florida Building Code’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, and every roof we install there is built to it.
